We vacuum-seal our products prior to boxing in order to keep them soft and protected from the elements while in transit, and to reduce shipping-related costs so that we can offer you the lowest possible price. When your product arrives, remove it from the plastic and let it air out for 12-24 hours prior to use. Please dispose of vacuum seal bags immediately, and keep out of reach of infants and children for their safety.

Your handmade piece is washable, but a little extra care will keep it looking beautiful for years to come! We recommend gently hand-washing in cold water, squeezing out excess water, and laying it flat to dry. If needed, you can also tumble dry on a low heat setting—just a little warmth to keep it cozy!
